Account Executive Core Commercial Sales

We are expanding rapidly in our Electronic Security division and are seeking an Account Executive to cultivate new business in our Core Commercial division. The role involves lead generation, fostering relationships, and showcasing our offerings in commercial electronic security to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a specified territory using CRM tools.
- Excel in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive service and account outsourcing strategies.
- Seek new business opportunities in the core commercial market.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions tailored to client needs and industry trends.
- Work with internal experts to craft solutions for complex client requirements.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and identify potential clients.
- Conduct at least 10 face-to-face client meetings weekly to build relationships and drive business.
- Apply solution-based selling techniques to grow existing accounts and secure new clients.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience Required: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative approach and a proven record of achieving or surpassing high sales quotas.
- Proficient in using Office Suite and CRM applications to optimize workflows and boost client interactions.
- Travel is necessary within assigned regions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Experience in electronic security sales is highly preferred.
