Key Responsibilities

• Define the scope of projects, gather business requirements and document them textually.
• Involve in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure business objectives are met.
• Provide business knowledge and support for resolving technology issues in the designated business area.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to elicit and define requirements addressing simple business processes or projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Utilize strong written communication skills to interpret requests for developers and explain technical issues to business users.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any stream.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in business and systems analysis, management, and project planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
