Job Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy, mission-driven Arena Operations Commanderto lead the front lines of the Dart Strike experience. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead your Strike Team, and ensure every guest mission runs smoothly, safely, and at maximum hype levels.

You are the bridge between leadership and the battlefield—driving performance, coaching your team, and ensuring every party, battle, and guest interaction delivers an unforgettable experience. Your Objectives (Duties)

• Command Daily Operations
• Oversee all arena activities including check-ins, gameplay flow, parties, concessions, and transitions to ensure seamless execution
• Lead the Strike Team
• Train, coach, and motivate team members while maintaining high energy, accountability, and performance standards
• Control the Flow of Battle
• Manage scheduling, rotations, and timing of games and parties to maximize efficiency and guest experience
• Resolve in Real-Time
• Handle guest concerns, team challenges, and operational issues quickly and professionally
• Enforce Safety Protocols
• Ensure all rules, safety standards, and procedures are followed to protect guests and team members at all times
• Oversee Mission Support (Concessions & Sales)
• Monitor food, beverage, and retail operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and accurate transactions
• Optimize the Arena
• Maintain equipment, manage inventory (darts, blasters, gear), and ensure the facility is always clean and battle-ready
• Drive Performance
• Track key metrics like party flow, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency while identifying opportunities for improvement

What It Takes (Requirements)

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or operations
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage both guests and team members effectively
• Experience with cash handling, scheduling, and daily operational oversight
• Ability to stay active and on your feet in a high-energy environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Background check required
