Your Internship Journey.
The Digital Marketing Internship at MMA is crafted to support your career progression, equipping you with essential skills and knowledge for future roles in Marketing and Communications. You'll actively contribute to projects and tasks that foster both teamwork and independent work, all while receiving close supervision and guidance to help you advance.
This fully remote internship runs from early June to August, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to website content creation and updates, including event pages, blogs, and landing pages. Help maintain and enhance the Canadian website through content updates and testing.
- Support video platform management, including YouTube. Engage in uploading, organizing, and optimizing video content for greater engagement.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance search engine optimization (SEO) and develop audiences for paid advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with regional teams on Google My Business updates and maintenance.
- Monitor industry trends through social listening to uncover new content opportunities.
- Research best practices and new features on advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Investigate AI engine strategies to improve content performance and monitoring metrics.
- Assist in analyzing competitor performance across various marketing channels.
- Screen the website for technical SEO assessments and enhance page speed.
- Gather and analyze performance metrics for relevant marketing channels.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 1-2 years until graduation and a strong academic record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen interest in digital marketing, channel optimization, AI, and analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with colleagues and clients.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems and present findings clearly and coherently.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

The competitive hourly rate for this position is: $24.00, with potential for performance-based incentives. The applicable base salary range is: $34,600 to $60,700, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including: health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, and retirement programs, is also offered.
