Position Overview

Our team assists in the development of business advancement with a passion for helping our clients, driving ROI, and increasing customer acquisitions through strategic partnerships with top-known telecommunications clients. In the role of theAT&T Sales Representative, you will master product knowledge, refine sales techniques through relationship building and customer experiences, and lead customer-facing teams. You will help drive customer satisfaction, maximize retention, and implement innovative sales strategies to expand our clients’ consumer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain customized high-quality service presentations to businesses by actively engaging with them and listening to their product and service requests.
  • Be an expert on all product and service offerings.
  • Assist in the complete sales order process for all businesses and customers to ensure a superior experience, including placing orders, entering confidential customer information, and tracking product delivery and/or installation.
  • Address and overcome customer inquiries with thoughtful solutions, leveraging product knowledge to effectively close sales.
  • Accurately track and document all sales activity, customer interactions, referrals, and outcomes in the CRM system to provide regular performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Consistently strive to meet and exceed client targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, sales, customer success, or a related role.
  • Experience collaborating with a product team.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with customer acquisition tools and the ability to track strategic reports.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with a track record of expanding customer bases.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Capacity to prioritize client and customer matters and make sound, timely decisions.

  • Compensation:$3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
