Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Outside Sales: Prospect, network, and build relationships within the construction industry by engaging builders, architects, contractors, and other key players.
  • Originate a Range of Loan Products: Structure and originate various loans including vertical construction, land development, bridge loans, and multifamily financing.
  • Lead the Process from Start to Finish: Oversee the entire loan process from initial outreach to underwriting, approval, and closing, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
  • Consult and Advise: Provide expert guidance to borrowers, addressing unique needs and ensuring informed, confident decisions.
  • Develop and Execute Your Sales Plan: Build and execute a comprehensive outside sales strategy incorporating networking, prospecting, marketing, and client relationship management.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years in construction finance or residential/commercial mortgage lending with a solid understanding of construction loan structures.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Polished, professional, and able to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Innovative thinker capable of structuring solutions that work for clients while mitigating risk.
