Job Description
Position Overview
As a Global Account Leader at CEVA Logistics, you will own and manage the total business relationship with dedicated, sector-specific customers. Your role is pivotal in aligning business and financial commitments, driving customer growth, ensuring retention, and building relationships at the executive “C” level worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account plans, including relationship building and opportunity prioritization.
- Identify and qualify opportunities for additional business in collaboration with Cluster Business Units.
- Own and drive comprehensive account growth and ensure consistent delivery of the CEVA experience worldwide.
- Lead complex negotiations and manage global P&L’s and accounts receivable ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
- Provide regular reports and strategic briefings to internal leadership, including the Executive Board.
- Build and strengthen relationships at “C” level, escalating issues as necessary to top management.
- Create inputs for annual budgets and manage investment proposals, ensuring ROI targets are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Trade, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Over 10 years of related experience, with at least half in a senior capacity in global account leadership.
- A minimum of 3 years in commercial negotiations and 5+ years in network management.
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management and developing successful Account Plans.
- Proven ability to collaborate with virtual teams and proactively address commercial issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with specific logistics and a multinational/international mindset.
- Fluency in 2+ languages.
- Experience working on the customer side to understand challenges in the logistics and 3PL industry.
