Overview:
URBN is seeking a 6-month marketing focused, data savvy Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Co-Op. The SEO Analyst will work with the SEO team to improve unpaid website visibility in search engines across URBN's portfolio of brands. The SEO team acts as the gateway from Technology to Brands, always striving to enhance organic search performance and staying on top of best practices, industry updates, and new search trends.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Work across SEO Team, brands (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, Nuuly, Terrain) & Technology Team to drive SEO recommendations that tie back to URBN digital strategies
- Utilize SEO tools to audit & optimize brand sites. Perform keyword research, content strategies, & competitor analyses.
- Work across Brand and Technology teams to understand the status of SEO requests and brand SEO needs.
- Utilizing performance data, content gaps, and industry trends, bring new & creative recommendations to teams on how to improve organic channel
- Report on business KPIs and monitor performance of site changes

- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on both quality and speed
- Experience with Google Workspace (Google Analytics, Google Trends, Google Sheets, etc.) & Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is a plus
- Experience or schoolwork related to tactical digital marketing skills such as keyword research, copywriting, analyzing websites & content strategy is a plus
- Pursuing a BA/BS in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Location
This position is located in Philadelphia, PA
Full Time, 40 hours a week, 6-months
