Position Overview

Field Recruiter - Denver, CO. Changing Lives One Day at a Time. We are seeking an energetic Field Recruiter to join our ProLogistix team at Employbridge, where your career and passion come together. In this role, you will source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants, and refer well-qualified candidates to fill job assignments while meeting high-volume staffing goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively develops creative sourcing plans including traditional networking through community engagement with schools, colleges, vocational schools, web-based channels, and social media.
  • Owns and writes effective content for online job postings integrated with the CRM system to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Screens, interviews, and recommends candidates to fill orders.
  • Builds and retains an active pipeline of candidates, maintaining and updating the candidate database.
  • Re-utilizes active candidates, understanding open positions to positively impact order fulfillment.
  • Leverages data to set realistic expectations and successfully fill positions in a timely manner.
  • Participates in meetings to understand daily order fill goals.
  • Uses market knowledge and client needs to successfully fill orders with qualified candidates.
  • Leads candidates through the interview cycle based on experience, skills, expectations, and availability.
  • Utilizes the CRM to process candidates through the full vetting cycle and documents all job activity.
  • Conducts drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is desired but not required.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and diplomatic in stressful situations.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Demonstrable time management and organization skills.
  • Practical experience and comfort using Microsoft Office products.
