Position Overview
As the Regional Marketing Manager at Comparion Insurance Agency, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the agency’s production goals by executing innovative marketing and partnership initiatives that help agents build, grow, and maintain their book of business. Collaborating closely with the Regional General Manager and leadership team, you will lead a sales support team to implement both operational (agent onboarding, telephony support) and marketing (lead distribution, marketing materials) strategies. This is a Full-Time role with Compensation: USD $92000.00 - $156000.00 in an environment focused on driving business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the agency’s production goals by executing marketing and partnership initiatives while leading the sales support team.
- Oversee operational sales activities including agent onboarding, marketing material production, regional meeting coordination, digital sales tool utilization, and management of referral relationships; coach and motivate associates.
- Create and implement strategies to provide tools, resources, and communications that enhance community marketing, digital presence, and overall sales activity.
- Enable national campaigns at the regional level and develop emerging marketing opportunities, sales collateral, and advertising strategies.
- Support national marketing and affinity initiatives by reviewing and approving submissions for the CAP program and regional referral programs.
- Drive technology-based marketing and sales support, developing digital and social branding strategies for the region.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support regional lead generation activities, pilots, and initiatives through effective use of tools and technology.
- Assist agency managers in coaching agents and associates to maximize lead generation opportunities using creative marketing and networking resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education, preparation, and training) with at least 2 years of demonstrated success in Property & Casualty insurance sales.
- Proven ability to grow a territory as measured by sales and persistent business growth.
- Solid knowledge of property and casualty products along with strong supervisory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building, presentations, and effective team leadership.
- Willingness to travel overnight and during the day as required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.

- Prior supervisory experience.
