Position Overview

Mixed is seeking an experienced and detail oriented professional to join its Customer Success Team and help scale a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer fashion business in NYC. Launched in 2021 and growing 25x in the past year, Mixed is a bootstrapped and profitable brand celebrated for its bold, distinct style and immersive in-person experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage various aspects of direct-to-consumer operations including fulfillment, customer service, returns, and inventory management.
  • Field product questions and provide outstanding service and support to customers.
  • Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience that brings joy and a personal touch to the Mixed shopping journey.
  • Coordinate tasks effectively to positively impact overall business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer success or similar role with a strong attention to detail.
  • Organized, efficient self-starter who embraces challenges and thrives in a startup environment.
  • Passion for the Mixed brand and an inherent drive to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in an in-person position and travel to our studio at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
