Sr. Systems Training Specialist - AI Tools

Position Overview

As a forward-thinking Sr. Systems Training Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools including Microsoft Copilot, custom ML/LLM applications, and other emerging technologies. Working at a high-growth organization, you will collaborate across time zones and industries to empower employees and drive AI adoption.

Reporting to the Global Systems Training Manager at the Lucid Phoenix Hub in Phoenix, AZ, your work will transform complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences that support innovation and cultural change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs on AI tools (e.g., Copilot, custom ML/LLM applications, etc.).
• Create scalable learning assets (e-learning modules, microlearning, toolkits, job aids, and live workshops) for global audiences.
• Partner with AI/ML teams, IT, and business leaders to align training content with enterprise AI strategy and implementation roadmaps.
• Deliver training sessions via classroom instruction, virtual sessions, one-on-one coaching, and self-paced modules.
• Lead AI literacy initiatives to ensure employees understand the opportunities, risks, and responsible use of AI.
• Develop and maintain training schedules for onboarding new users and continuous skill development.
• Maintain training environments and demo systems to support hands-on learning experiences.
• Provide technical guidance during training sessions and troubleshoot user issues.
• Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness, user adoption, and competency development.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, trends, and ethical considerations to keep training programs relevant.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning & Development, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in systems training, instructional design, or enterprise technology enablement with a focus on emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, generative AI platforms, and ML/LLM fundamentals.
• 3+ years of experience in technical training, adult education, or related knowledge transfer roles.
• Expertise with LMS platforms, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia), and emerging learning technologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
