Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, managing up to 100 calls per day.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors.
  • Utilize a multi-line phone system to manage calls effectively.
  • Make outbound sales calls as needed to meet company goals.
  • Maintain professionalism and quality in all interactions with customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a busy call center environment.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute, validated by a pre-hire test.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outbound sales calls is a plus.
  • Familiarity with call center operations and multi-line phone systems.
