Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, managing up to 100 calls per day.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors.
- Utilize a multi-line phone system to manage calls effectively.
- Make outbound sales calls as needed to meet company goals.
- Maintain professionalism and quality in all interactions with customers.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a busy call center environment.
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute, validated by a pre-hire test.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outbound sales calls is a plus.
- Familiarity with call center operations and multi-line phone systems.
