• Top 17% earn: $90,000+

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts in your territory
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Conduct property inspections (interior/exterior)
• Identify customer needs and present solutions
• Close new business and build long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and driven to earn
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting properties
• Sales experience is a plus—but not required
