Position Overview

Our client is a well-known healthcare company with offices in Indianapolis, looking to fill an Entry Level Computer Support Assistant position. In this role, you will support the Help Desk Support Specialists—the go-to people for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will be responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner while collaborating with the IT team and interacting with users across the company. Additionally, you will assist in training users on basic system and computer functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Help Desk Support Specialists in delivering technical assistance.
  • Provide support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
