As a Data Analyst on the Service Engagement team in Global Robotics Service & Support (GRSS), you will partner with Service, Marketing, R&D, and Commercial organizations.
Your role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover trends, visualizing data, and delivering insights that drive strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data to raise productivity and improve decision making.
- Maintain analytical systems, verify data accuracy, and build strong business partnerships across a complex matrix organization.
- Translate business requirements into insightful analytics and actionable reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Provide analytics training and direction to internal and external stakeholders, including international customers.
- Assist in tracking and managing the GRSS budget and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Conduct Voice-of-Customer initiatives and manage projects to deliver requirements on-time.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in data analysis OR an advanced degree with 0+ years of experience in data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field with 2+ years of medical device data analysis experience.
- Experience in the medical devices industry with direct customer interaction.
- Expertise in integrating and querying multiple data sets and creating structured data tables.
- Experience in managing large-scale budgets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- CompetitiveSalary:$68,000.00 - $102,000.00 for U.S locations (excl. PR), subject to experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
