Position Overview

Join Jerry.ai, a pre-IPO startup with capital, traction, and runway, as a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract-to-perm basis. You’ll serve as the operational backbone of our recruiting engine – managing scheduling, logistics, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience. In this role, you are empowered to improve systems, remove bottlenecks, and drive greater efficiency across the team. Compensation: Pay is determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions, with opportunities for equity grants. Jerry.ai is America’s first and only super app designed to radically simplify car ownership, backed by $240M in funding and rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide "white-glove" service to candidates by sending personalized pre-interview information and managing targeted LinkedIn outreach.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of take-home assignments, maintain candidate profiles in Ashby ATS, and ensure that all candidate documentation is easily accessible.
  • Manage recruiter calendars with precision, rearranging interviews on the fly to prioritize high-impact candidates and maximize daily capacity.
  • Act as the point person for leadership’s urgent recruiting needs, including updating compensation bands, posting new job requisitions, and coordinating training/shadowing for new interviewers.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, and eliminate inefficiencies across the recruiting operation.

Required Qualifications

  • A strong passion for efficiency with exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving capabilities, and keen attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in an environment where priorities shift quickly and high precision is required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced startup setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience Required: Prior experience in a fast-growth startup or high-volume agency environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
