Position Overview

NFS Solutions Inc. is a leading client relations and sales firm specializing in delivering high-quality sales solutions and unparalleled customer service. Focused on long-term customer satisfaction and retention, we have grown our client base and are now seeking a motivated Entry Level Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact—engaging face to face—ensuring prompt attention to customer needs with professionalism, exceptional sales service, and empathetic care.

This is a full-time, commission-based position where top performers can earn on average between $42,800$52,800 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships through direct customer outreach.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell wireless internet, phone, and TV services within existing client accounts, collaborating with sales teams to close additional revenue opportunities.
  • Participate in the development and execution of Verizon 5G sales presentations, highlighting product features and benefits that meet specific customer needs.
  • Track and monitor key performance metrics such as sales numbers, customer service scores, and retention rates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to company compliance policies when handling sensitive customer information to ensure legal privacy regulations are met.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, and/or account management is a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and capable of taking independent initiative when needed.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
