Key Responsibilities
- Access and leverage data from various areas to develop automated, easy-to-understand reports and ad hoc analyses that effectively answer questions, identify patterns, and highlight operational metrics.
- Assist with analyzing data to evaluate process effectiveness and performance across multiple dimensions.
- Develop and implement processes that maximize statistical methods, scenario planning, and model development to optimize business outcomes.
- Proactively seek new opportunities to increase sales, improve retention, and enhance the customer experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Build compelling presentations for leadership and board-level meetings.
- Actively participate in data transformation projects by developing critical data flows from various sources to standardized, automated reports.
- Support the development, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing validation of reporting and data processes in support of organizational KPIs and metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a customer analytics role.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and formatting.
- Experience using SQL, Python, or similar tools to query, analyze data, and present results.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding.
- A diverse analytical background applicable across multiple lines of business or departments.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
