Job Description

Title:

UI/UX Designer – Healthcare Contact Center

Location:

Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) - Local candidates are highly preferred due to onsite expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly workflows to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Develop visually compelling UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure responsive and accessible design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices; advocate for user-centered design principles.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree: in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, responsive and accessible design.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
