Entry Level Marketing Analyst

Position Overview

OVC, INC. is a dynamic marketing agency specializing in providing effective solutions for legal clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Analyst to join our team at our Downers Grove, IL office. As an integral part of our marketing team, you will assist in the implementation and evaluation of various marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support project implementation and evaluation for our legal clients.
• Organize and input data within spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and perform data analysis from various marketing sources.
• Create and manage social media content across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Utilize marketing software and analytical tools to assist in data analysis and generate valuable insights.
• Prepare well-crafted written communications for management and communicate professionally with clients.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Strive for continuous improvement and contribute innovative recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in using computers with a willingness to learn various marketing software and analytical tools.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy of legal information provided.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively and professionally.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable; candidates with proven work-related experience will also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:$40,000 - $42,000 per year (full-time, on-site position)
• After 90 days of employment, eligibility for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois medical plans (PPO, HSA-qualified PPO, and HMO options) is provided.
• Enrollment in Delta Dental PPO or HMO coverage with vision benefits.
• Paid time-off starting at 10 days during the first full calendar year, increasing to 15 days per year thereafter.
