Position Overview
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a temporary Marketing Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC for 3 months. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to high-impact marketing initiatives. Salary: $32/hr-$42/hr depending on experience. Schedule: Temporary (3 months), 9am-5:30pm. Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site). Experience Required: 3+ years of marketing or business development experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Coordinate proposals and RFPs, track proposal activity, and collaborate across teams.
- Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain marketing collateral and communications, including web content, social media, attorney bios, pitch materials, and practice messaging.
- Responsibilities: Coordinate and support internal and external events, conferences, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.
- Responsibilities: Conduct and disseminate research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats that enhance client value.
- Responsibilities: Manage marketing data, mailing lists, and performance metrics using CRM and research platforms.
- Responsibilities: Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the extended team as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications: 3+ years of marketing or business development experience.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Self-disciplined with sound judgment and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRMs, marketing databases, and CMS.
Preferred Qualifications
- A law firm background is preferred; otherwise, a professional services background is required.
