Position Overview

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in supporting our technology organization by providing value-added financial analysis, modeling, operational insights, and various ad-hoc analyses to enhance decision making—particularly focused on the company's data center migration. This role is responsible for maintaining and complying with finance and governance policies while ensuring efficiency through robust internal controls and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex sales data from CRM and other sources to identify trends, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights into the sales pipeline and lead conversion.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for the sales team and senior management using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business needs into technical requirements and analytical solutions.
- Manage and ensure the integrity of data from multiple CRM systems, working to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Develop and implement data models and predictive analytics to support sales forecasting and strategic planning.
- Create clear documentation for data models, processes, and dashboards to ensure consistency and understanding across the team.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role focused on supporting sales or marketing teams.
- Proven expertise in creating dashboards and visualizations using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in Data Science or Business Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Demonstrated proficiency with Python or R.
