Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and be eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources. In this role, you will assist with the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Source potential candidates through various channels including online job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Assist with interview preparation including creating interview guides and gathering interview feedback
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including drafting offer letters and conducting background checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with training development and implementation for new hires
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of talent management principles and practices
- Understanding of employee evaluation processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo or PeopleSoft is a plus
