Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and be eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources. In this role, you will assist with the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Source potential candidates through various channels including online job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist with interview preparation including creating interview guides and gathering interview feedback
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including drafting offer letters and conducting background checks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with training development and implementation for new hires

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic knowledge of talent management principles and practices
  • Understanding of employee evaluation processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo or PeopleSoft is a plus
