Position Overview

GroupM is looking for a Junior Digital Planner who will be responsible for planning all media campaigns for assigned clients. The role aims to deliver the most effective media plan given a budget and an objective, support day-to-day implementation and optimization of digital campaign activities, and analyze campaign performance to recommend tactical changes.

Location:Wpp Campus in Milan(plus the option forhybrid working). This position is also dedicated to candidates belonging to Categorie Protette ex l. 68/99.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the most effective media plan given a budget and an objective
  • Support the day-to-day implementation and optimization of digital campaign activities (planning & buying)
  • Deliver competitive report and analyze campaign results
  • Analyze campaigns and recommend tactical changes to maximize performance
  • Stay updated on the commercial offer of online channels in the performance market
  • Utilize various tools (mainly Adserver and Analytics) to evaluate plan results
  • Apply knowledge of different digital campaign typologies (awareness, performance, data-driven, and retargeting)
  • Collaborate with agency cross-functional teams and client's suppliers, including creative agencies

Required Qualifications

  • University degree preferably in Economics, Advertising or Marketing and Communication
  • 1-2 years of experience in Digital Planning
  • Proactivity and strong collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Adserver and Analytics; Adwords/META is a plus
  • Fluent English
  • Accuracy, precision, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
