Key Responsibilities

• Researches, analyzes, consolidates and interprets data using statistical and data analytics methods to generate insights on business-relevant topics such as market environment, operational processes, and equipment performance.
• Acquires data from primary or secondary sources and maintains databases/data systems.
• Operates and optimizes pre-defined tools, applications, and data management systems.
• Creates reports and communicates results to various internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent entry-level academic qualification.
• Experience Required: 0-2 years of relevant work experience, including focused in-house training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Access.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills with the ability to report findings and present to a task force effectively.
• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with system tools such as SAP and SalesForce (SieSales) is a plus.
• Professional qualification in a technical field is preferred.
