Your Responsibilities: Service & Installation

In this dual role position, you will be the face of an industry leading brand. You’ll be expected to:

• Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex residential systems correctly the first time.
• Quality Installations: Lead full system replacements with precision, ensuring every job meets local Tampa codes and the Aire Serv "Done Right" standard.
• Customer Consultations: Act as a professional advisor, helping homeowners understand their options for comfort and indoor air quality.
• Deliver World-Class Service: Follow our proven front-line systems to consistently generate the 5-star reviews our brand is known for.

What We Expect From a "Rockstar"

• Proven Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in both residential HVAC service and full system installation.
• Technical Mastery: You must be self-sufficient, capable of working independently, and able to handle complex electrical and refrigerant issues.
• Certification: EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is required. (NATE Certification is highly preferred).
• Local to Tampa: Must reside in the Tampa area and hold a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professionalism: A clean-cut appearance, professional personality, and excellent communication skills are non-negotiable.
