Entry Level Staffing Recruiter

Position Overview

You love working in a fast-paced, goal‐driven environment. Driven, positive, and resourceful, you are comfortable wearing a headset and meeting new people over the phone. Due to company growth and client base expansion, we are seeking an extroverted individual who excels at prospecting new candidates, developing relationships, recruiting quality candidates, closing the sale, and demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Job Type:Full-timePay:$1.00 - $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process including posting, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and maintain strong communications and business relationships with candidates.
• Participate in daily morning meetings and calls.
• Follow up with all interested candidates per account.
• “Sell” the client to candidates and summarize candidate backgrounds over the phone.
• Stay updated on the latest sourcing tools and techniques.
• Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles swiftly.
• Review resumes, verify academic records and work experience, conduct interviews, or coordinate with appropriate staff.
• Schedule and arrange candidate visits and interviews with department managers and supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Aviation, Engineering, or Light Industrial recruiting.
• Quick learner with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• High energy on the phone and exceptional ability to build relationships remotely.
• Sales-minded with the aptitude to obtain leads through networking and candidate interactions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, informal, team-based environment with adaptability and flexibility.
• Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, and Word.
