Entry Level Sales Representative

Position Overview

Pure Energy Window Company is Michigan’s leading window and door installation company. As a family owned and operated business servicing Metro Detroit, Southeastern Michigan, and Greater Lansing, Pure Energy is looking to expand its sales team. The Entry Level Sales Representative will play a key role in driving company revenue by generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients through residential visits and event participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Visit residential locations to engage customers and understand their needs
• Attend events and home shows on behalf of Pure Energy Window Company
• Maintain a record of daily interactions and sales activities in a reporting system
• Manage customer objections and close sales effectively

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business and sales is a plus
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with outdoor work in various weather conditions
