Position Overview

Culterra Dynamics is a marketing and sales solutions company based in San Antonio, Texas. Specializing in brand positioning, customer acquisition and retention, and business development consulting, we deliver data‐driven strategies that build lasting customer relationships. As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will implement direct marketing strategies, maintain relationships with key accounts (including major client AT&T), and gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Support senior account managers in developing account strategies and growth plans
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and proposals
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Participate in client meetings and calls as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities in the CRM system
  • Support new business development initiatives and client onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older to apply
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • A passion for exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience working with telecommunications or technology companies

  • Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
  • Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities, Performance bonus
