Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account or Project Manager to work within a creative department. The role involves managing dedicated client relationships, providing strategic oversight on branded communications projects, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage dedicated client relationships and all associated client interface.
  • Provide strategic oversight in the development, execution, and implementation of branded communications, including print collateral, new media, and environmental communications.
  • Collaborate with the design team, production manager, and other stakeholders to develop project scope, production schedules, and strategies aligned with client budget parameters.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities by:
    • Channel Marketing: Work closely with Channel Marketing Managers and Digital Engagement Leads, assess team processes, assist with conference and sponsored event preparation, and audit digital experiences.
    • Global Digital Engagement: Create campaign readouts in PowerPoint, support virtual event/webinar preparation, and aid with paid media and digital platform updates.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining trackers, managing compliance approvals for all content, and updating internal communications.
  • Maintain and update project databases and generate relevant reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Marketing or Communications degree; relevant internship experience is acceptable.
  • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in an Account or Project Manager role within a creative department.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organization, verbal and written communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Software: Detailed understanding of Excel, proficient use of PowerPoint to communicate complex ideas, and familiarity with Microsoft Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data visualization and design experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Workfront, or MarkTrack.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field is a plus.
