Job Description

Position Overview

Join EY’s Business Performance – Supply Chain – Manufacturing team as a Senior Manager on the P&G Alliance. In this role you will transform manufacturing operations through process excellence, data and digital innovation while delivering predictive maintenance and resource management frameworks. You will support the Pre-Sales and Sales process by generating demand, building a strong sales pipeline, and fostering high-level executive engagements to help clients achieve significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build executive level 'slip-sheets' summarizing P&G's Integrated Work System for discussions.
  • Research clients to identify operational and manufacturing challenges and propose tailored IWS solutions.
  • Develop relationships with EY account executives to position the P&G Alliance as a differentiated solution.
  • Secure and lead initial meetings with senior client executives (C-suite, SVP, VP, Sr Directors) within account teams.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing leadership on client workshops to identify opportunities for addressing manufacturing challenges.
  • Manage a portfolio of client leads and pipeline progression, ensuring compliance with Independence restrictions and competitor guidelines.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify related transformation opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred, ideally in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain consulting, or digital transformation within the industrial sector.
  • Proven experience operating in P&G's Integrated Work System or similar frameworks.
  • Strong capabilities in Manufacturing Network Optimization and a proven record of Manufacturing Operational Excellence.
  • Strategic thinking in Manufacturing Strategy and Operating Models with experience in Vertical Startup initiatives.
  • Excellent ability to build and manage relationships and demonstrate client trust and value.
  • Commercial astuteness, effective communication with impact, and complex problem-solving skills.
  • A focus on driving outcomes, hybrid collaboration, learning agility, managing change, and strong negotiation/influencing abilities.
  • Sector knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams through complex projects.
  • Preferred certifications such as Integrated Work Systems (IWS), Supply Network Operations (SNO), Vertical Startup, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or PMP.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with proficiency in global manufacturing operations.
