Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
  • Verify data for completeness and correctness, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
  • Assist in generating and distributing reports as required by different departments.
  • Perform routine data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data-related issues.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, organizing, and managing documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
