Job Description
Position Overview
The candidate will manage complex campaign projects through detailed post-campaign analysis, executive summary creation, and effective report outs. They will develop and manage comprehensive campaign and channel strategies while collaborating with stakeholders and Customer Data Analytics to drive data‐driven decisions and optimize key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex campaign projects through post-campaign analysis, creation of executive summaries, and report out.
- Plan timelines to ensure targets are met and implement analytics‐based optimization plans.
- Develop and manage comprehensive campaign and channel strategies.
- Apply strategic thinking to optimize contact strategy, targeting, test and learn plans, and segmentation to achieve acquisition, penetration, and reactivation objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate business needs and design annual marketing plans.
- Work with Customer Data Analytics to identify technical debt, customer data attributes, and predictive model requirements for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Oversee marketing processes ensuring adherence to integrated planning process standards, channel best practices, and ROI / IRR targets.
- Leverage financial and operational insights to prioritize data‐driven testing plans and implement results‐based decisions.
