Customer Service Representative - PT

Position Overview

Immediately hiring for an outdoor combination role to assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on airport lots. This may include checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals, assisting customers at exit gates or checking-in cars, while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in rental or return process
• Check cars, enter information in handheld device
• Process rentals for loyalty customers
• Assist customers at exit gates or check-in cars at return
• Provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Regular, on-site presence (cannot be performed remotely)

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $15.00/hour
