Position Overview
If you are an experienced, strategic, and innovative leader looking for a challenging role to guide a premier health care provider’s marketing and corporate affairs, this opportunity is for you. As the Group Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Affairs at HCA Healthcare, you will develop and execute an integrated strategy to ensure our presence and message reach key stakeholders, expand our brand, and drive impactful communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing and corporate affairs strategy.
- Create and implement a robust marketing and communications program to expand and strengthen the brand.
- Lead a team and foster collaboration among executives and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the corporate communications landscape, including digital channels.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively while monitoring and evaluating program outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and/or corporate affairs, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing and communications programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business or a related field.
- Experience working in both domestic and international settings.
- Strong command of digital corporate communications.
