Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamicMarketing Specialistto join our team in the retail supermarket industry. Located in Brooklyn, NY 11228 and reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing both online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer traffic, and boost sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media, in-store promotions, flyers, and seasonal events.
  • Manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) by creating engaging content, monitoring interactions, and growing the follower base.
  • Coordinate with design teams and external vendors to produce marketing materials such as signage, posters, banners, and packaging.
  • Plan and support in-store events, demos, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (store operations, sales, suppliers) to align promotional activities with business goals.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on retail trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail or supermarket sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and online ads.
  • Experience with offline marketing activities such as event coordination, print materials, and in-store promotions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
