Global PR & Content Marketing Director

Position Overview

Located in Suwanee, GA [On-Site]. Geek+ is a pioneering force in advanced robotics technology, delivering smart logistics solutions worldwide. Established in 2015 and headquartered in Beijing, we are the largest independent logistics robotics company globally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global PR & Content Marketing Director to spearhead our PR and content marketing initiatives, shape our global brand narrative, manage crises, and foster multinational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations Management:

• Design and implement comprehensive PR campaigns, encompassing strategy, execution, and assessment.
• Effectively manage PR crises to uphold Geek+'s strong and positive brand image.
• Develop and supervise the creation of a robust content marketing plan including press releases, articles, press kits, pitch notes, blog posts, awards submissions, and other branded content.
• Secure earned media coverage highlighting product launches, events, and key achievements.
• Foster robust global media relationships and brand collaborations to bolster PR efforts.

Strategic Leadership:

• Serve as a strategic planner, aligning global marketing goals and identifying opportunities for cohesive strategies.
• Prepare the company for various scenarios by aligning communication strategies with overall business objectives.

Content & Event Marketing:

• Provide high-quality, consistent content across digital, social, print, and web platforms for global teams.
• Plan and execute pre- and post-event marketing communication strategies to enhance event effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in PR, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of PR experience managing corporate brands (preferably with agency background); proven track record in handling PR crises and multinational/global communications; demonstrated leadership in managing a small team or agency; B2B marketing expertise with a deep understanding of content and digital marketing; agency strategy and planning experience is advantageous.
• Skills: Ability to foresee future trends and develop global marketing strategies adaptable across regions; preference for AI-generated content marketing & PR experience; exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with versatility in tone and voice; strategic thinker with experience in setting and monitoring performance metrics; strong business sense and enthusiasm for technology, robotics, and logistics.
• Additional Requirements: Thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multilingual work environment; willingness to travel for trade shows, video shoots, media events, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multinational experience, PR crisis management skills, and strong leadership qualities.
