Position Overview

We are a Firm where people truly believe in what they do and strive to achieve the highest standards of performance and success. We are seeking an IT Senior Developer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to address complex business issues while leveraging your strong knowledge of software development methodologies and platforms such as ServiceNow.

Location: Our global operations center in Tampa, FL or the Firm’s Dallas office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications such as ServiceNow—from collecting requirements and creating implementation plans to coding and execution.
  • Leverage a strong technical foundation and in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the company’s software solutions competitive.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Handle special projects and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., Angular, React, ASP.NET).
  • Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Proven technical foundation and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with LDAP/Active Directory.
  • Understanding of Cloud Architecture and Tools.
  • Must be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience Required: 5+ years as a System Administrator/Developer, 5-7 years in IT Service Delivery, 3+ years in coding/scripting or software development, and 3+ years using scripting/coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular JS).
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Moderate to advanced keyboard usage.
