Position Overview

This role offersCompensation: $50,000 - $62,000 + VIP Bonus. Veratafore is a leading technology company whose innovative software solutions are advancing the insurance industry. We are hiring a Total Rewards Specialist to support HCM Core Administration as well as general Human Resource administration and compliance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support “day-to-day” employee file maintenance requests in Workday and through the ES email box
  • Process all employee actions in the HRIS system related to terminations, organization changes, and location changes; provide support for other employee lifecycle actions as needed
  • Assist with HR invoice processing and reconciliation
  • Oversee system administration and vendor management for HR systems
  • Provide general support for HR programs, HR systems, and data reporting
  • Support mental health and wellness initiatives across the organization
  • Respond to allcompensationrequests related to market inquiries, open roles, and backfills
  • Assist with the annual merit and performance process, including HRIS configuration, communications, and analysis
  • Support the HRIS system with optimization, configuration, and ongoing updates
  • Analyze work process design and flow within HRIS and implement improvements as needed
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer training and documentation to broaden internal understanding of application configurations
  • Utilize user administration experience in Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits and Absence, Performance, Compensation, and Report Writer
  • Serve as a point of contact and assist key stakeholders with Workday needs, ensuring data integrity, user training, testing of system changes, and process improvement through data flow analysis
