    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Assists in designs of mobile broadband / cellular-related services across multiple networks and sites.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Understands network and system requirements, follows industry standards for spectrum use, antennae placement, power requirements, back-haul connectivity and network protocols.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Troubleshoots network problems and optimizes capacity by ensuring integrity and smooth operation of communications networks.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Designs mobile broadband systems from concept through implementation including infrastructure build-out.</li>
