Job Description

Position Overview

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, ANZ to develop and manage field demand generation programs and campaigns that drive and nurture leads and accelerate existing opportunities. Working closely with the ANZ sales team and corporate marketing team, the successful candidate will roll out field marketing programs aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets. This role requires a self-directed professional who collaborates well, shows initiative, thinks critically, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage field marketing programs to drive opportunity generation and pipeline acceleration – including demand generation campaigns, field events, trade shows, digital programs, direct mail, telemarketing, sales collateral, and partner programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales development and sales teams to ensure timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Partner with the global Account-based Marketing Program to design and gain consensus for initiatives aligned with sales priorities.
  • Source and manage local vendors for executing direct mail, telemarketing, digital, and third‐party lead generation programs.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities that drive sales pipeline, build channel partnerships, and forge strategic alliances.
  • Track campaign performance, report key metrics, and evaluate overall ROI for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, address quality issues, coordinate resources, and oversee SOW/budget requirements.
  • Oversee sales tools and collateral production including printing, translation, and presentation materials.
  • Leverage marketing automation technologies across the lead nurturing process.
  • Apply analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed business decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology marketing, or 5+ years in a business development or sales supporting marketing role.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional written, editing, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience working with executive management, customers, and diverse internal teams.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology in marketing processes, including marketing automation, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

  • Direct experience in marketing or sales campaign management within the B2B industry.
  • Experience using digital and social channels to drive business growth.
  • A strong interest in technology and current digital marketing trends.
