Position Overview

Bala Consulting Engineers is a 200‐person engineering firm headquartered just outside of Philadelphia in Wayne, PA, with full‐service offices in New York, Boston, Baltimore, and Washington, DC. Bala is dynamic and growth‐oriented, built on strong relationships with clients, staff, and industry partners. We are seeking an ambitious Senior Mechanical Project Engineer for our Baltimore office in Nottingham, MD. In this role, you will engage in all phases of building design—including construction administration and commissioning—and manage multiple projects using Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of building design, including construction administration and commissioning.
• Manage and execute multiple projects using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop proposals and coordinate project execution.
• Collaborate with clients, staff, and industry partners to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE license)
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes
• Excellent technical, presentation, and client interface skills
• Experience with proposal development
