Title: Anthropologie Group Influencer Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Associate Manager, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
Anthropologie seeks an influencer marketing professional to develop and execute the Influencer marketing activation strategy for Anthropologie Group brands, Anthropologie and Anthropologie Weddings. In this role you will collaborate with agency partners, digital channels, merchandising, PR, and Brand Marketing to align channel and business growth goals. Collaboration, clear communication, and a willingness to innovate and learn are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Associate Manager to scale influencer activations by partnering with internal marketing teams and external agencies.
- Plan and launch influencer campaigns and activations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to drive demand, traffic, and new customers.
- Report on influencer campaigns and activations, measuring success and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Organic Social, and PR to support campaign activations.
- Partner with the Ambassador Team to ensure influencer initiatives align with business priorities.
- Work with Organic & Paid Social, Email, and store teams to optimize the use of influencer UGC/IGC across channels.
- Manage and organize an influencer campaign calendar and relevant documentation.
- Innovate strategies and campaigns that support brand initiatives, business priorities, and key performance metrics.
- Engage with affiliate (Rakuten, CJ, Impact) and creator networks (LTK, ShopStyle, etc.) to optimize influencer commission rates.
- Develop and launch an influencer gifting strategy.
- Manage influencer contracts and partnership negotiations for direct campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencer sub-networks to manage campaigns, partner with creators, and support affiliate channel goals.
- Develop and scale a creator/influencer marketing strategy to support new product initiatives and identify key partners for campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience developing and delivering digital and influencer marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in creating campaigns and using multiple influencer platforms to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive traffic.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage metrics for continuous improvement of influencer strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly and maintain attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of social and influencer marketing trends, including trending accounts and social movements.
- Familiarity with web analytics for measuring campaign performance and supporting overall marketing strategy.
- Experience working cross-functionally and presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
