Job Description

Position Overview

Nordstrom is looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer team and creator engagement strategies. This role is crucial in enhancing brand visibility, product discovery, and consumer perception through strategic influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Nordstrom's influencer marketing strategy to drive brand storytelling and customer engagement.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of the influencer program, including campaigns, casting, briefing, creative reviews, internal program communications, campaign coordination across internal teams, agency management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Serve as the enterprise-wide expert on influencer marketing by identifying future opportunities and developing strategies that deliver on brand and business needs.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, brands, and strategic partners to create authentic storytelling and curated buying solutions.
  • Centralize and execute the JWN Influencer and Creator strategy in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations and remain current with influencer marketing trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in the social creator and influencer space, preferably in retail, with strong relationship management and social platform trend knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, grow, and scale influencer and creator programs, including foundations in measurement, insights, platforms, and partnerships.
  • A collaborative spirit with the capacity to work across internal partners and stakeholders to drive consensus.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Additional experience in Brand Marketing, PR, and Digital Marketing is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies within the industry.
  • Ability to differentiate between affiliate programs and brand influencer programs.
  • Proven experience managing social commerce programs that attract creators and enable inventory promotion, including storefronts.
  • Strong critical thinking, leadership, communication, and influencing skills.

Compensation

New York: $112,500-$187,500 annually, Washington: $112,500-$187,500 annually
