Job Description

Position Overview

The individual selected for this FULLTIME role will be expected to work at Store 725988, located at: 8530 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89117. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of products and the store, and consistently meet the store’s sales goals. Please note that this role involves handling cash, sensitive customer information, and requires a review of your criminal history.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas
  • Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure assigned areas are in-stock and presentable
  • Clean store equipment and load/unload delivery trucks when needed
  • Assist in making deliveries as necessary
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Must be able, with or without accommodation, to retrieve materials from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently (up to 70 lbs occasionally)
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
