  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
  • Provide fractional support for internal marketing initiatives within the boutique agency.

  • Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM and maintain personal productivity and utilization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to achieve both internal and client goals.
  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns including copywriting, targeting, and TAM development to maximize ROI.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and more.
  • Strong understanding of paid media principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to delegate tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel.
  • Proven track record of success with mid-market or enterprise accounts and strong skills in translating strategy into actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with client contacts and executive teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client visits as needed.

Benefits & Perks
