Job Description
Position Overview
UFC® is the world's premier mixed martial arts organization with millions of fans globally. As part of TKO Group Holdings, UFC organizes over 40 live events annually and reaches audiences in more than 170 countries. In this role as Partnership Marketing Coordinator, you will support all partnership account activities and assist with the creation, development, and execution of various sponsorship initiatives and marketing events. You will be involved in account management, activation details, and coordination with multiple departments to implement customized sponsorship objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute during on-boarding and weekly check-in calls with partners including agenda preparation and recap note assistance
- Create and manage Account Plans by tracking assets and coordinating with internal teams for month-end progress check-ins
- Assist with partner gifting by selecting on-boarding gifts and organizing their distribution
- Support the UFC Octagon creative and execution by collecting partner artwork details, meeting internal deadlines, and approving final buildouts
- Collect broadcast and live-event assets ahead of each PPV event and route static and video buildouts to the UFC Brand team for approval
- Distribute company Style Guides, event schedules, and other important newsletters to partners
- Assist with scheduling fighter appearances and partner initiatives
- Travel to select events to assist the Activation team on-site as required
- Collaborate with the Digital/Social team to monitor and track partner online deliverables including digital media, social, and content
- Manage sponsor contracted tickets, purchased tickets, and ticket banks
- Coordinate sponsor initiatives such as Fan Experience and hospitality events
- Work closely with other departments on key company initiatives and partner participation (e.g., International Fight Week, Tentpole Marketing Events)
- Oversee the development of Partner Event & Annual Recaps
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant program
- At least 1 year of agency, team, or client-based partnership servicing experience
- Experience with marketing platform integration (digital, event, hospitality, etc.) and on-site event marketing operations is preferred
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced client-service environment
- Must be a team player with excellent internal and external working relationships
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn additional computer programs
