Operations Manager - Full-time

Position Overview

The Operations Manager, a key member of the Store Management team, supports the Store Manager by driving store execution and performance, ensuring excellent customer service while fostering a productive and engaged team.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
• Sales and inventory management
• Employee staffing, training, and development
• Financial management
• Customer service leadership
• Lead and support store crews by supervising and communicating operational improvement actions
• Assist customers by addressing their questions, issues, and promoting our customer service culture

Required Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing ability
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule – including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with occasional overtime and urgent issue responsiveness
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor

• Pay Range: $17.00 - $31.00 – This represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary; the actual offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors
