Position Overview

We are seeking Quality Experienced CNA and HHA professionals for Home Care visits and shifts with assignments throughout Hillsborough County. Location: Tampa office; Schedule: Mon-Fri 9a-4p. Join our busy agency as a W-2 employee with weekly pay, in a family owned and operated organization with 37+ years of service. Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, ambulation, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Follow the Patient Care Plan as directed by the Nursing Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields.
• Positive and caring demeanor with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; must be fluent in English for speaking and documentation.
• Must have: Level 2 Background screening, BLS-CPR, HIV certificate, Self Administration of Medication & 2 Hour Alzheimer's and Related Dementia Certificates, 1 HR-Elder Affairs Alzheimer Certificate, and a current Physical demonstrating freedom from communicable diseases and a Negative TB or Chest X-Ray.
